Event Media

The room, captured
wall to wall.

An event is over in days. The content is the part that keeps working. We covered four days and six thousand people at Patrick Bet-David's Vault 2024, keynotes to hallway moments, and that is the standard every event gets: the stage, the floor, and the moments a stage camera never sees.

Full coverage

Keynotes, breakouts, the floor, arrivals, the room turning over. Multiple operators, one plan, nothing missed because somebody was reloading.

Same night turnarounds

Recap cuts while the event is still running, so day two opens with day one on the screens and your socials move while people still care.

Interviews on the floor

A corner, two lights and a good question list. Attendee and speaker soundbites are the most reusable footage an event produces.

Photo and video together

One crew, both formats, no elbowing between vendors. Stills for press and socials, films for everything else.

“Thank you, Visionx Media, for your exceptional filming of our mastermind event. Alan and his team's professionalism and passion are evident in every shot.”
John Lee, International Speaker

How it runs

STEP 1The call, then the brief

Fifteen minutes to understand what you are making. Then everything agreed goes in writing: scope, counts, formats, and both of your dates.

STEP 2The shoot

A crew that shows up early, a shot list built from the brief, and audio treated as half the film because it is.

STEP 3Two dates, kept

You see the cut on the first date. It ships on the second. Revisions run through one person so nothing gets lost between calls.

The next step is small

Tell us what you are making.

Fifteen minutes. We ask about the thing you are building, tell you honestly whether we are the right crew, and you leave with a clear next step either way.
